As director of Global Digital Marketing and Consumer Engagement for DSM Tony is responsible for digital marketing strategy for a global portfolio where he is the marketing lead for all web project enhancements, manages SEO strategies and tactics, leads efforts for ongoing measurement and reporting performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (KPIs), identifies trends and insights, and optimize based channels based on insights, lead social media strategy, manage global agencies - digital, public relations, advertising; and develops outreach strategy for multiple global target audiences. Tony has been pivotal in the development of the NCCA/DSM Beautiful Minds campaign that captures the potential of creative aging in stunning visual images that have traveled the country.

Tony holds his Masters Degree in Public Relations and a BA in Broadcast Journalism from West Virginia University.
